Pros

Working in the world of sports can be exciting and fun. There are many opportunities to travel the world and experience the magic of sports technology.

Cons

A huge lack of support from Management. This company boast on open door policy, embracing differences, and promoting diversity but as soon as you share a concern about any behaviors deemed unprofessional and unethical , HR leadership turns the blind eye. Though the parent company, Vista, prides it self on high DEI standards, Stats Perform falls extremely short. Outward facing, HR seems friendly and concerned, however behind the scene there is always a plan to unethically get rid of people that don't fall in line with the behaviors and views of HR leadership, even if they're skewed.

Pros

It was a pleasure working for Stats Perform. I learned a lot, and I will miss them. I enjoyed working with all the different teams over the years and everyone was very pleasant to work with, respectful and kind. One of the best, if not, the best company I have worked for in all my years in this field.

Cons

I didn't have a negative experience, so don't really have anything to add in terms of cons.
