Though the parent company, Vista, prides it self on high DEI standards, Stats Perform falls extremely short. Outward facing, HR seems friendly and concerned, however behind the scene there is always a plan to unethically get rid of people that don't fall in line with the behaviors and views of HR leadership, even if they're skewed.
