Pros
Good work, college, and life balance. Accommodating senior staff, understand the importance of other life commitments such as sport and travel, grand office culture. As my title suggests a very handy and nice job to have while getting through college with options to progress provided you can commit more time.
Cons
Lack of training structure at times, with a high rate of staff turnover. Personal experience with progression within the company was lacking however this is not the case with everyone.
