Growing steel company that starts employees at an excellent wage and benefits. A job for those wanting to work hard early on and enjoy retirement life a little earlier than previously planned.

Cons

Rotating 12 hour shifts can be challenging at times. Missing family events on the weekends

Co-workers are engaged and motivated to perform. Product offering is diverse; there’s always something to sell in any market. Fantastic job stability. Fundamental culture is alive and well. Autonomy is given, suggestions are welcomed. Customers are treated well. Strong ethics. Great compensation. Very proud to be a part of this organization.

Very relaxed, non-corporate, red tape environment in the mills.

No real room for advancement, with a majority of your pay being locked behind bonuses that get taxed a lot harder.
