Pay, bonuses, profit sharing good people to work with.

Cons

Management to disconnected from its employees. Management will do what they want instead of listening to its employees who deal with the problems everyday. 12hr shifts with 4 nights 4 off 4 days 4 off swing. Hot, fast pace environment, no break.

Co-workers are engaged and motivated to perform. Product offering is diverse; there’s always something to sell in any market. Fantastic job stability. Fundamental culture is alive and well. Autonomy is given, suggestions are welcomed. Customers are treated well. Strong ethics. Great compensation. Very proud to be a part of this organization.

Very relaxed, non-corporate, red tape environment in the mills.

Cons

No real room for advancement, with a majority of your pay being locked behind bonuses that get taxed a lot harder.
