Pros
The company supports you in continuing education and gives you the resources you would need to improve your skills. Culture is good.
Cons
No hybrid/remote work model even though it could work. I did work everyday that I could have done at home instead of coming into the office. Management is very much against WFH even when it makes sense for someone like a programmer to be able to do so.
