      Fun culture built on genuinely good people. Weekly flex time is also a great perk as are quarterly company performance bonuses.

      Cons

      Company is not growing and opportunities for upward movement are limited at best. Additionally, information is guarded and workers stay in silos with nothing new to learn. Antiquated operating systems are cumbersome and ineffective.

      Company culture is wonderful! Great leadership and atmosphere was wonderful!

      There is no hybrid schedule which I feel could have been a great benefit.
