Horrible Management - Machine Operator Steel Technologies Employee Review

I have been employed at the Portage location for less than 2 months. Within 1 month of employment, I was pulled aside by the Operations Manager because he felt I was not "learning fast enough". I have 10 years in the steel industry. I promise you I know a thing, or two about what I am doing withing this field. During our "discussion," it is very clear that there is a clear issue with the training "program". Steel Technologies has a very evident problem with turn-over rates and this is why. Education and management skills are crucial.
