Pros

Paid on your performance so if you did well the money was good. The leadership team is very engaged and energetic. Place can be a very fun and exciting place. Interesting building projects and customers to work with. I worked at SteelMaster for almost 5 years and its a job that you have to make the best of it. Not a place where you can hide and get a pay check.

Cons

Can be a stressful if you are not on your game and not having a good month. closing ratio is 3-5% So must get through 98% Not interested. if you focus on the 3-5% you will do just fine. Not many cons to working there. Maybe no room for a true promotion. There are some title promotions with a small compensation. Again most of your income is based only on your sales numbers.
