The low paid yet highly efficient techs and admins that keep the place running. They have the best workers but the worst managers. Extra 2 weeks vacation is you don’t get sick
Cons
Pay, treatment of employees Upper management is not concerned with employee happiness. No bonus structure. No severance even after years of great service.
