Pros

Lunch is an hour.....but you may be required to cut it short or take meetings during the course of that hour.

Cons

Horrible pay for the amount of work. They will string you along for a raise while demanding more work from you. Managers are nowhere to be found when presented with an issue on site. Made many technicians work onsite during Covid outbreak...management wasn’t on site. Doing a great job and going above and beyond equals you pick up work for others. Don’t bother planning out your day, you will be asked to do multiple things in a day you didn’t plan to. You may be called into impromptu meetings with no briefing on what they are about to prepare. You get a “good job” for hard work that’s about it.

Hello, and thank you for your review. It is unfortunate your experience with Stefanini was not positive. Many of Stefanini’s clients required employees, specifically Deskside Technicians, to remain onsite during the pandemic to support their staff, who were also onsite. This was not necessarily a management decision. Moreover, it is customary for a promotion and, thus a pay increase, to necessitate increased responsibility. If you would like to discuss further, please do not hesitate to call 800-522-4451 and ask to speak to your former HR Ally. Stefanini People & Culture- Sarah

Pros

If you do a good job for a little over a year you can move into lots of great growth opportunities ServiceNow was very well configured for the scale it handled. I've since worked at places with SNOW that are much smaller scale environments and be less efficient. Depending on the desk you are assigned

Cons

It can very much be a slog depending what desk you're assigned. The shifts can go pretty late and they never pushed doing overnight to anyone that wasn't interested but having a 2-10 shift was rough on my social life and overall rhythm/mental health I was told to hold out until Dec/Jan on a shift change (asked for one in July) My training was pretty scattered. Sessions were pretty easily disrupted and kinda like a "oh and lets do this next, uh now that." That said in a support role you're gonna do most your learning with the training wheels off but a lot of on the fly learning for the SNHU project was staunch from how all the VMs, eBooks, courses, etc flowed. Another situationally dependent note but management was hard to get ahold of sometimes
