Oh man where to begin. We spend half our day in long meetings that make it hard to get any work done. It's an IT company so the work is pretty boring but it's just too much to do all the time. The workload is insane and the manager just keeps adding to it even though we keep telling her we can't handle any more. The manager is a control freak who legit freaks out when she doesn't get her way. People keep quitting and they're having trouble finding replacements. I've been applying for jobs since I started here and realized the type of environment it is and hope I get an offer soon.
