Pros

Benefits package was respectable overall I guess. Great place to pad your resume because there are always openings due to heavy turnover...

Cons

The pay was low grade for anything in IT and the place stunk of micromanagement and office politics.

Hello, First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to review our Organization. It’s great to hear that you liked our benefits package! While we do have some turnover, I wouldn’t consider it “heavy” compared to other companies in our line of business. However, we do recognize the turnover we have, and are working on figuring out exactly where turnover seems to be highest in our Company. We recognize that turnover is not only costly to our organization, but affects our employees who stay with our Company as well. Our managers tend to have their own style of managing each of their employees and departments; it’s no secret that we have a very diverse workforces makes us a unique company. It’s unfortunate that you had a manager that your felt micromanaged you, but our managers do hear what their employees t ell them. It’s sometimes difficult for them to make changes on the spot, but it’s important you know that your opinion does matter! Thank you again for taking the time to review us! Alison, HR

Pros

If you do a good job for a little over a year you can move into lots of great growth opportunities ServiceNow was very well configured for the scale it handled. I've since worked at places with SNOW that are much smaller scale environments and be less efficient. Depending on the desk you are assigned

Cons

It can very much be a slog depending what desk you're assigned. The shifts can go pretty late and they never pushed doing overnight to anyone that wasn't interested but having a 2-10 shift was rough on my social life and overall rhythm/mental health I was told to hold out until Dec/Jan on a shift change (asked for one in July) My training was pretty scattered. Sessions were pretty easily disrupted and kinda like a "oh and lets do this next, uh now that." That said in a support role you're gonna do most your learning with the training wheels off but a lot of on the fly learning for the SNHU project was staunch from how all the VMs, eBooks, courses, etc flowed. Another situationally dependent note but management was hard to get ahold of sometimes
