First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to review our Organization. It’s great to hear that you liked our benefits package! While we do have some turnover, I wouldn’t consider it “heavy” compared to other companies in our line of business. However, we do recognize the turnover we have, and are working on figuring out exactly where turnover seems to be highest in our Company. We recognize that turnover is not only costly to our organization, but affects our employees who stay with our Company as well.
Our managers tend to have their own style of managing each of their employees and departments; it’s no secret that we have a very diverse workforces makes us a unique company. It’s unfortunate that you had a manager that your felt micromanaged you, but our managers do hear what their employees t ell them. It’s sometimes difficult for them to make changes on the spot, but it’s important you know that your opinion does matter!
