Pros
Growing company so there's a ton of opportunity. They're willing to train entry level laborers and it's a good place to learn and grow. Their rates are above average and they have a strong benefits package for the industry.
Cons
The HR director seemed very knowledgeable within the HR space but lacking in leadership. The team felt like a cross between Mean Girls and Office Space- toxicity, gossip, jealousy, and a lack of empathy for the employees. It's a growing company and I'm sure they've come a long way from 20 years ago, but Human Resources is supposed to set an example for the rest of the company and I was disappointed in the unprofessionalism within this space.
