Had 1 raise in 5 years. -Micromanagement from above - Given responsibilities that aren’t even close to being in scope of work -If you aren’t in part of the club, be prepared to go nowhere in your career unless you force that move yourself. -HR is unavailable and isn’t very active in its role.
