Pros

-Flexible work hours and WFH -excellent diversity so being POC, you don't stand out in a good way -decent work-life balance -good place to get yourself experience but don't stay more than a few years

Cons

-well below average compensation and extremely poor annual raises -career development is not well defined. There is no you accomplish X to get Y. Y being a promotion or a raise of some sort. -High amount of employee churn due to the above reasons. -overpaid executives who barely do anything to the company while the engineers who make it happen get scraps -dystopian company culture motos. "We Win Together" BS is just a lie. No one wins outside of the overpaid executives and the shareholders. -There are no stock options or RSUs to be included in company performance.

Pros

Professional and structured organization. Decent work life balance and excellent benefits. Paid time off between Xmas and New Year's + UAW holidays

Cons

Priorities change every few years with new management. Current mgmt seems to be prioritizing a regional approach which is a positive change from previous Peugeot regime.

Pros

This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

Cons

There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
