      Great place to learn and thrive. Overhead manager is excellent at their job & knows exactly what to do. Flexible hours and amazing culture

      Cons

      No specific training program for recent grad. Lack of communication from upper management since we are still in the middle of merging.

      Being promoted within can be tough to achieve (my experience) The bank has been recently bought out by Prosperity, which brings a certain level of uncertainty for the future.
