Pros

Stellar Bank is a well-managed company with a talented and friendly workforce. Coming from a series of very large companies, Stellar's simpler structure and approachable leadership are a breath of fresh air. From what I can see, leadership is working hard to maintain and develop the personal touch for our clients and our staff.

Cons

With any change come commensurate challenges. By and large, Stellar is navigating the merger of equals well. While we still have room to integrate systems and processes, we see this as enabling, not replacing the personal touch. As usual, change brings fabulous opportunities for those who enjoy process improvement!

Being promoted within can be tough to achieve (my experience) The bank has been recently bought out by Prosperity, which brings a certain level of uncertainty for the future.
