Pay is good. Safety is important and safety issues are taken care of quickly.
Cons
Management from the foreman all the way to the top are in their own way. There's a lot of micromanaging and miscommunication. Projects get delayed because management fails to communicate with anyone from the contractors doing the job to other key players that need information to move the project forward.
Do yourself a favor and don't work here. Now that Trane bought them out, Trane management is looking to replace anyone they can. Trane's management team is also in their own way and they don't introduce themselves or what their objectives are, probably because their objective is to eliminate as many Stellar Energy employees as possible.
