Pros

Many of the workers themselves are fantastic.

Cons

Management is lacking, inexperienced, rude, and downright abusive. They do not care about you, you are a tool and nothing else. Hours get progressively worse as they fail to do their job and instead continue to throw more and more work on their already exhausted workers. One of their Superintendants is a bully, and despite numerous safety incidents and HR problems, he continues to get off scott-free.

Pros

Pay is good. Safety is important and safety issues are taken care of quickly.

Cons

Management from the foreman all the way to the top are in their own way. There's a lot of micromanaging and miscommunication. Projects get delayed because management fails to communicate with anyone from the contractors doing the job to other key players that need information to move the project forward. Do yourself a favor and don't work here. Now that Trane bought them out, Trane management is looking to replace anyone they can. Trane's management team is also in their own way and they don't introduce themselves or what their objectives are, probably because their objective is to eliminate as many Stellar Energy employees as possible.
