Pros

It is a steady Paycheck with health insurance, 401k and other benefits. The price of Health insurance is very low.

Cons

If you are not related to someone, friends or family friends you will be left to flounder and figure things out on your own. Don't trust anyone. People will smile in your face while jabbing a knife in your back. The only employees who are deemed relevant are executives and sales people. Everyone else is under appreciated, under paid pond.
