Pros
When major events happen in your life the company does a great job of rallying around you. The fondation of culture is there. The ability to ask for help from pretty much anyone in the company despite of your own title.
Cons
Very top heavy from a management stand point, over 20 VP's for a company with only150 ish employees. Don't upset certain Senior VP's (customer experience) or you'll put a target on your back pretty quickly. Specific individuals should not be in their role and it is unclear on how they were promoted outside of the clear favoritism shown my higher ups. Actions by these individuals are swept under the rug and accountability just doesn't happen.
