Pros
- Very flexible schedule, you can easily just not work a day at random if you have no meetings/obligations and nobody will care so long as you meet your monthly hour requirements - Stellar is purely a software developing company, which makes for a much more pleasant working experience compared to many other programming jobs - Work is typically interesting, and the quality of the programmers working for the company is high - In my opinion, employment is stable and the risk of being laid off is low
Cons
- For the talent required to work here, you'll get paid quite a bit more elsewhere - You will be expected to discover things yourself whether through searching or asking questions, as documentation is sparse. This includes both programming knowledge and information on how the company operates
