Completely disappointed - Counselor II Step-By-Step Employee Review

I was lied to to get me into the position. I told them about my personal circumstances that I needed a certain schedule for. I was promised 4-12 shifts. I worked that shift MAYBE 3 times the entire time I was employed there (1 month). I felt talked down to by upper management and felt that they set unrealistic expectations. They overwork the staff and seem to forget that the staff are not robots and people aren't capable of working that many hours back to back with limited breaks in between.
