Cool clients and coworkers. Some management is ok.

Cons

Upper management are more interested in money than their workers and clients. They provide unrealistic expectations of work while they relax in their posh offices and apartments during covid. Abismal response to staff safety during covid and provide little to no training for most staff. Trainings that are available are garbage.

The team is compassionate, collaborative, and made up of dedicated professionals who really care about making a difference. Leadership is supportive and open to feedback, and there are real opportunities to grow and contribute in meaningful ways. It's inspiring to work alongside people who are so committed to creating positive change in the community.

Cons

Nonprofit work can come with its challenges—limited resources and heavy workloads at times—but the passion of the team and the impact of the work make it worthwhile.
