The members you serve and help. Work life balance

Cons

Everything is a con. Horrible management, every employee spends their day gossiping about members and other coworkers. No one really works, everyone is extremely lazy. Company discriminates, scams and retaliates against employees and already has a pending lawsuit. Everyone who’s worked here long term needs to touch grass. Do your research before working here it truly sucks

It's inspiring to work alongside people who are so committed to creating positive change in the community.

Cons

Nonprofit work can come with its challenges—limited resources and heavy workloads at times—but the passion of the team and the impact of the work make it worthwhile.
