Good place to work for the money. If you are able to stay on for a year or more you can move up in the company.

Cons

They work you hard as an initial employee. Long hours and high turnover rate

Work half the year, paid breaks, guaranteed breaks, high starting pay

Sometimes hot, lots of work with hands and wrists, standing

Income, work consistency, ability to take ot on other shifts

Cons

Environment, if you keep up with the machines they’ll either increase the stored or add more machines to you and send a temp home. They don’t close for severe weather

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. All folks are brought in on a temporary to hire basis and have their own supervisors and trainers through an on-site temporary agency. I will forward the information you provided above. Machines can not be sped up or slowed down based on the Inspector/Packer at the job. They run on a predetermined and preset cycle.
