Looking back, I learned way more from Ken than I ever appreciated in the moment. His expertise was gold, and he somehow tolerated a ton of my rookie ignorance and immaturity. I received a signed letter by David Stone on my work anniversary every year, it always made me feel good. After working for leadership that isn't as experienced or fakes appreciation I value the expertise and honesty.

Cons

The office could be deafeningly quiet at times, but honestly—after open-plan cubes surrounded by people on endless calls and hearing dogs barking—I kind of miss it.

Income, work consistency, ability to take ot on other shifts

Cons

Environment, if you keep up with the machines they’ll either increase the stored or add more machines to you and send a temp home. They don’t close for severe weather

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. All folks are brought in on a temporary to hire basis and have their own supervisors and trainers through an on-site temporary agency. I will forward the information you provided above. Machines can not be sped up or slowed down based on the Inspector/Packer at the job. They run on a predetermined and preset cycle.
