Pros

The pay is competitive and unmatched. Lots of room for upward growth. Everyone I've worked with or met, from office staff to the owners of the company, are the real deal. They truly care for their employees and have the best interest in mind.

Cons

None, as long as you have good attendance and performance.

Income, work consistency, ability to take ot on other shifts

Cons

Environment, if you keep up with the machines they’ll either increase the stored or add more machines to you and send a temp home. They don’t close for severe weather

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. All folks are brought in on a temporary to hire basis and have their own supervisors and trainers through an on-site temporary agency. I will forward the information you provided above. Machines can not be sped up or slowed down based on the Inspector/Packer at the job. They run on a predetermined and preset cycle. Again, thank you for the review.
