Friendly, helpful work environment. Management open to new ideas and always interested in moving the company forward. Employees always come first here and the culture is great.

Cons

Being a self-starter is a must, supervisors don't have enough time to handhold everybody but those with initiative have unlimited opportunity to succeed.
