I was a skeptic about recruiting agencies until i met some of the staff at Sterling Engineering. Especially Amy Badal she is what you call a professional smart woman very kind and honest and always responding to my emails and phone calls and Paul too was professional as well i felt like a person not a number. I have seen and heard about other agencies that promise you jobs and make you go in and they have nothing for you but a big waste of time. And points for themselves. With Sterling they found me a job and we met afterwards i excepted the position .
