      Pros

      If you are one of their favorites they'll make things easy for you.

      Cons

      The company is being run into the ground. There is a great deal of turnover. It's very cyclical, every 1-2 years they have to bring in 5 new recruiters to make up for the ones that left. They have terrible benefits and pay you as little as they can, yet wonder why everyone leaves.

      Employees hold shares of the company because of ESOP. They are always looking out for the employees and contractors.
