I worked for Sterling for almost 6 years and It is hard to say goodbye to organization I love.Sterling is like a second family for me. Sterling is a employee owned and employee centric organization, people comes first and then business. We have a open door policy and approaching senior leadership (CEO, President or VPs) for guidance/feedback/support is easy and encouraged. People are just amazing here at Sterling.
I started as a recruiter and became an account manager, you are able to pave your own career path at Sterling and your efforts are recognized and heavily rewarded. As sales and as a recruiter, you can make a lot of $$ and the commission plan is simple.
Cons
Every organization has their own problems, Sterling has its own problems and we are working on resolving those issues. One of the biggest problems at Sterling is that we have too many job orders to work on, i guess it is a good problem to have, i have worked in places where there were few jobs to go around and at Sterling we have too many jobs as most clients trusts us to deliver.
