I worked for Sterling for almost two years, and I enjoyed every minute. Sterling has a great culture; the best thing about Sterling is the people who work there. I was immediately impressed by the depth of knowledge within the organization and the tenured people are truly pros at what they do. I loved the unique blend of engineering staffing with engineering project solutions ... it was an authentic differentiator. The company is an ESOP, so employee ownership makes the company unique. Finally, I was honored to be part of the leadership team. There are some amazing leaders within Sterling, most notably the CEO and especially the President. These women are extremely dedicated to the company, so hard working, and they care so much about all of Sterling's employees.
