Pros
Shoes on shoes on shoes. I had a great time working at Steve Madden. It's a great part time job for college students. My manager was super flexible with my schedule, and I worked with great people.
Cons
Typical cons of a retail job: bad customers, slow days, you have to work Black Friday and most likely Thanksgiving. You go from part time to pretty much full time during the holidays.
