None. Unless you like climbing 10+ story shelves in heels because the ONE ladder is in use by another employee. And no, I could not wait for the ladder - the manager TOLD me to climb the shelves.
Cons
- No formal training provided whatsoever - Associates are unsanitary, disorganized, and repulsive - Every Steve Madden core value was NOT applied by manager or other staff - My first day: Finished reading the handbook (which partially spoke about respecting others, positive environments etc) - I came out to let my manager know I was finished - only to hear her and another employee trash-talking about a part time workers outfit. Great welcoming. - Associates are constantly gossiping - Associates do not care to pretend they are not gossiping about you, right in front of you
