I would say 99% of the people that work at StevenDouglas consider themselves lucky to work for a company that truly cares about their well being and consider it the best place they have ever been employed. Virtually no micro-management as long as you are performing. You always have individuals willing to lend sage advice. Commission payouts are some of the highest in the industry. Excellent reputation in the local market.
