The best part about this company are the people! From the CEO, Steve to the President, Matt and down to the individual leaders, the people make this company great! It is very hard to find a company where you enjoy going to work every day. My mentor always said, find a job you love and you will never work a day in your life. That statement couldn't be truer. I love how ethical everyone here is and how much everyone truly values their team and fellow employees. There are no KPI’s, no micromanagement and no unethical practices. The tenure in the firm speaks for itself. The average recruiter on the Finance & Accounting team is just shy of 10 years. In the recruiting industry, that tenure is close to impossible to find in the majority of firms, nationally.
