~ Organization cares about their field consultants. ~ They offer the best benefits out of the four (4) HR Consulting organizations I've worked for over the last 10 yrs; including paid Holidays, PTO accruals, 401(k) employer Match, $50K employer-paid Basic Life. ~ They recognize consultant's with two employer-paid events a year - a Baseball game in the summer and a Holiday dinner show in December. ~ They keep company benefits in place, with EE / ER rates remaining the same for up to 60 days following a project end date.
