Throughout the year there are various events that bring people together internally for team building fun and externally to support the communities. Once a year the executive team brings the entire company (ALL employees + a guest) on a 3-4 day cruise filled with fun, recognition, parties, excursions, etc. whether your a 15 year vet, top performer, back office support, new employee or haven’t started yet! Access to the CEO and Founder are only a call away or door knock on their office. This has been the same since I joined when there were 45 employees to over 150 and counting.
