Leadership promotes AND practices a collaborative team environment that not only is rewarding financially but also at the personal level which is special. Throughout the year there are various events that bring people together internally for team building fun and externally to support the communities. Once a year the executive team brings the entire company (ALL employees + a guest) on a 3-4 day cruise filled with fun, recognition, parties, excursions, etc. whether your a 15 year vet, top performer, back office support, new employee or haven’t started yet! Access to the CEO and Founder are only a call away or door knock on their office. This has been the same since I joined when there were 45 employees to over 150 and counting.
Cons
Whenever I have had an issue and brought it up there has been resolution, so no cons for me.
