Truck Drivers - OTR Truck Driver Stevens Transport Employee Review

Thank you for your more than five years of hard work and dedication! Communication between departments is a challenge in every industry, but it is one we are working hard to resolve. We are taking the first step by developing new training for our Driver Managers and have already begun to see a positive change! We do actively recruit individuals with experience in the transportation industry and many of our corporate employees were previously Drivers for Stevens, to include several of our Driver Managers. Thank you for notifying us of your concern over the sincerity of our Driver Councilors. We provide our drivers with councilors as a resource to them because we want all of our employees set up, from the beginning, for success! We will certainly look into the process to make sure that the councilors do not feel rushed and are giving each Driver the dedication that is expected.
