Our payroll definitely does an excellent job as well, ensuring everyone is paid every week. We are a family owned business, which many people prefer because we are not burdened but the insecurity of frequent upper-management change-over and layoffs due to restructuring that is seen in so many of our competitors. Leadership does take a personal interest in every level of the company. That involvement has resulted in almost unprecedented growth without acquisition in the industry!
