Even though you are no longer a part of out team, we love to see that you would still recommend us to others! We will sometimes ask to swap loads with Drives, both company and contracted, but it is not due to favoritism at all, we value the success of ALL of our associates. Occasionally, we do have drivers who have at home emergencies, or other events that require an unexpected route, and we will try to find them a load in the right direction as opposed to having to drive with no load, which only causes more hardships. It is a team effort, but it can me difficult to see the full picture sometimes. I have sent this information over to the director of that department so that we can place a higher emphasis on explanations and transparency when switching a load is requested.
