No matter what industry you ever enter into (from welding, utility services, and carpentry to emergency services) it takes at least 6 months to a year to get in the groove. Million-mile drivers will even tell you that they are still learning! We do provide you with the best, safest, environment to learn in as well, by providing all of our Drivers with Driver Trainers, Training Counselors and Driver Managers as resources to help ensure career success. We are glad to see that you have had a good experience with our Driver Managers. We certainly value them, as they play a key role in the company's and our Driver's success. We have heard that the recent changes in that department has caused some stress, and as a result we have taken steps to ensure more stability. Don’t worry! Many of the recent changes have been due to transfers to other operations departments, or changing fleets and not due to turnover. We are glad that you are enjoying the equipment!
