I am sorry that you had a poor experience. We have one of the top training programs in the industry, and many very skilled trainers who are there for all of our students to help them succeed. I am glad that you had a good experience with your trainer, but would like to know more about why you did not think the driving academy prepared you for the industry as well as which academy you attended, the one here on-site in Dallas, TX or one of our many contracted academies. Without specific feedback, it is hard to grow!
We are also very concerned that you report difficulties with payroll. We have a team dedicated to making sure all of our drivers pay is accurate, pay every employee weekly so there is no delay in pay, and our Driver Managers are trained to assist with payroll issues as well.
