      working with dedicated people everyday. Very safety oriented and willing to do anything to keep the fleet productive and safe

      high turnover due to lack of positive energy by the supervisors. Very poor communication and direction given by supervisors. Low pay scale

      You get to see the country

      Cons

      Bad communication, unrealistic expectations, lying recruiters, poor driver management, loopholes to get out of paying you for anything, safety rules go too far and prevent you from properly driving, some safety rules actually make it more unsafe to drive the truck, pay is not accurate, no real opportunities to make it home if you dont live near a drop zone.
