Pros
The training is top notch and the company is very patient in teaching beginner the skills necessary to drive a truck.
Cons
The hours can be very long and you can forget about getting any home time if you want to make a decent living. Expect to spend many days at the terminal for training and matience on your equipment which is unpaid time. Very difficult to get routed close to home when you do have hometime available
