Cons
No support to stylists. Consistently having inventory shortages but not trying to remediate it and still putting pressure on stylists to perform. Everyone (management, leads) fake acknowledges the problem but ignore stylists’ pleads for help. No raises or advancement opportunities. Expected to perform at high level but no commission even if your stats are very good (clients bought a lot, consistent positive feedback, styled the require 4.25 clients per hour consistently). Same clothes every season, very rarely new cuts pop up. Social media marketing not aligned with actual inventory, leading to certain expectations from clients. When their boxes don’t look like what’s advertised, stylists are to blame and are not allowed to tell clients the real reason that we truly don’t offer what’s marketed (basically it’s false advertising).
