Pros

you get a 40% discount toward clothing that you can only use for the bucket you fall into. If you want a discount on something for your man or child you're SOL, because you can't purchase company wide you can only use your discount for the gender Stitch Fix assumes you identify with.

Cons

Mostly Cons. They tout flexibility when now there is literally zero flexibility in scheduling or working. They will make changes that affect your entire job and tell you about it one week in advance (if you're lucky). There is a sickening toxic positivity that puts a bullseye on your back if you question any changes that are being made. They will literally send you an email telling you they will pay you to quit and then follow it up with an email about how you're the backbone of the company. The changes they make are seemingly on a whim and will change again in a few more weeks and then you get criticized for not knowing what is going on. If you're in the mood to feel extremely devalued as a person and human being this is the perfect place for you to work. Especially if you don't care about ever getting a raise or being paid a living wage.

Pros

- The company started out with good intentions I feel, as we have the ability to set our own schedule and working from home is always a plus.

Cons

- As time goes on, more and more have been taken away from stylists. Our scheduling freedom was removed this year, which was a huge reason most people applied for this job. In other part time jobs, you can usually give shifts away or trade with others, but now you have no flexibility and are expected to work max hours every week. - Stylists have not been given a raise in years and instead are capped after you work here for so long. - Seems like the company is heading in a direction for stylists to be taken over by AI, but we'll see! - You are completely controlled by your metrics, which a lot of times you have no control over because of bad inventory, but will be monitored and put on corrective action + eventually fired if your metrics aren't always where the company wants them to be
