Flexible work schedule, great company, love the business and model, and it's so fun to style people!

High expectations by management. The turn around time for each style session was very short, only a few minutes. I felt like I couldn't select items based on customer's preferences in such a short amount of time. It appeared that management just wanted to crank out orders, rather than provide excellent customer service. Also, stock was always low, or poor options left over. For instance, if a customer wanted specific items such as skirts, or certain details or colors, often there were no available options. Stylists would often have to throw items in their box that they may have even specifically said they didn't like, because that's all that was available.
