- It seems sometimes that the global mandates for all StoneX employees is not evenly applied by all groups. I believe consistency will be found over time, but it can be a trying transitional period. - Going through a period of necessary changes that bring alignment to a lot of divisions that were acquired or were otherwise operating with very different mandates. While the changes may be necessary for big-picture and long-term alignment, better care can be taken to implement them to help reduce the stress of large changes.

Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
